Kamryn Waldron is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and was a member of the nationally acclaimed Orange Pride Dance Team, earning four NDA National Championship titles.

With over 20 years of dance experience, Kamryn is passionate about sharing her knowledge and inspiring the next generation of dancers. She is entering her third season as an All-Star coach at Dance Dynamics and is excited to begin her new role as Assistant Drill Team Director at Klein Cain High School.

In addition to coaching, Kamryn serves on the Trendsetters Dance (TS Dance) Staff and Exclusive Camp Staff, where she teaches, mentors, and judges dancers and officers from programs across Texas and the United States. She has also choreographed and instructed for numerous studios and school dance teams, helping dancers grow in both technique and performance quality.

Most recently, Kamryn earned her first UDA Bronze Medal with Klein Cain High School in 2026. She is also honored to restage her original work, United in Grief, which was created as her senior capstone work at Sam Houston State University and selected to perform at the American College Dance Association (ACDA) conference. The work will premiere with Social Movement Contemporary Dance Theater (SMCDT) in September 2026.

Kamryn is passionate about creating innovative choreography while fostering confidence, a strong work ethic, and a love for dance in every student she teaches.

-

My artistic approach is rooted in the belief that dance is a universal language that can bridge gaps and touch souls. With every peice of movement created, I strive to push the envelope, blending foundational technique with new found ideas to produce innovative work. My mission is to create not just for the sake of performace, but to impart an experience that lingers long after the final bow, crafting moments that resonate authenticty and empowers audiences to see the beauty of life through the lens of dance.
